This position is full-time with competitive remuneration and benefits, and we have a strong pipeline of work.

    The Contracts Administrator role involves managing contract administration for various projects/trades, ensuring contractual obligations are met, resolving disputes promptly, and facilitating a smooth building process to achieve a successful outcome.

    This role offers a degree of autonomy with significant responsibility. To ensure success, it is crucial to collaborate effectively with contractors, administration, and all team members within the company, recognizing the interdependent impact each has on the other for a cohesive and profitable operation.

    To succeed in this role, you must hold a current Driver's Licence and nationally recognized white card.

    You will report to the Project Manager and perform the following duties:

    • Manage project progress and programming;
    • Optimize project financials to maximize positive cash flow;
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and review opportunities;
    • Troubleshoot and develop solutions and contingency plans;

    Experience:

    No less than 3 years of construction experience as a Junior Contract Administrator, providing a solid foundation in technical competency, an understanding of all facets of the construction process, and expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, such as building science, construction management, or civil engineering;
    • Professional training in administering AS 4000 Series construction contracts;
    • WHS training;

    Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
