- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sr. Lotus Notes Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Lotus Domino Server and Notes Client
- Experience in setting up proactive monitoring & alerting systems
- Experience in Notes deployments
- Experience in Lotus Notes database design
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Lotus Notes issues
- Excellent understanding of Lotus Notes security and access control
- Support the Lotus Notes development platforms
- Remediate any vulnerabilities that are identified depending on the priority of the incident identified
- Ensure proactive monitoring of the health of the platforms and ensure daily reports
- Automate monitoring to make it process dependent
- Responsible for the management and administration of app/mail servers
- Provide support in the areas of Lotus software products standardization, leveraging of management and security features of new and existing products, and application tuning
- Ticket resolution, identify continuous improvements and maintain SLAs
- Respond to requests from users and assist in deploying/configuring
- Provide resolution of more complex issues escalated from the support helpdesk
- Automation of routine tasks and operational processes
- Work closely with developers and infrastructure engineers at all stages of application development lifecycle, as well as in accordance with the company's IT development strategy
