    The Company

    Our client is an international plumbing company operating for over 25 years. They are a market leader specialising in commercial maintenance and have a large contract in Camperdown requiring an experienced Scheduler.

    The role will involve administration and coordination of the existing contract, compliance with contractual agreements and efficient scheduling of workers.

    Requirements

    • Experience with scheduling software such as Archibus, Sinpro and Aroflo.
    • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
    • Attention to detail.
    • An understanding of contract management principles.
    • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet KPIs.

    Responsibilities

    1. Administration:
    • Understanding of the client's needs relating to the agreed contract.
    • Ensure compliance with requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
    1. Scheduling and Planning:
    • Develop and maintain schedules using scheduling software (i.e. Archibus, Aroflo or Sinpro ).
    • Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deadlines.
    • Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts and risks.
    • Monitor work progress and update schedules as needed to ensure timely completion in line with the clients KPIs.
    1. Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as a liaison between the client to facilitate communication and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
    • Attend meetings, and site visits related to contract administration and scheduling.
    • Provide regular updates on jobs/tasks status and project schedules.
