    We are looking for a Supply and Production Planner to direct and coordinate purchasing and production planning activities for scheduling, and the delivery of purchased parts to comply with production and customer requirements. The successful candidate will be apart of all facets of end-to-end supply chain management, including supply, demand, production planning, inventory management, supplier, and stakeholder management.

    Key Duties:

    • Convert SAP-MRP purchase requisitions into purchase orders via a detailed process of requisition review, confirmation of details, and subsequent creation of orders for local and inter-company suppliers.
    • Maintain purchase order due dates in SAP.
    • Work with suppliers to expedite purchase orders.
    • Manage new products with all stakeholders.
    • Maintain safety stock levels by regularly reviewing and adjusting inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Manage product life circle – slow-moving products and discontinued products.
    • Inventory management – ensure the optimum inventory is achieved by coordinating with the suppliers for NPD, QA issues and Tooling.
    • OTTR report and another management report as required.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in supply demand or production planning
    • SAP skills highly desirable.
    • Analytical skills in forecasting and inventory planning are also highly regarded
    • Tertiary qualifications in any discipline
    • Switched on and dynamic attitude. Ability to pick up technical concepts in a timely manner will be advantageous.
