The Team
It's a big team you will be leading so you will need to be a true leader and comfortable working within and leading in a fast-moving and quality venue.
The Executive Chef is experienced, intelligent, and well-balanced. With several years in the industry and a deep familiarity with the venue, they remain motivated to improve further. They are recognized for their contemporary approach to team management, maintaining a disciplined kitchen, and fostering a positive atmosphere among the staff.
Meanwhile, the management's broader team has worked together for many years and is a professional and motivated group of professionals. They believe in responsible and honest 360-degree communication. You'll have a supportive management team that is always looking out for staff members.
What You Will Need
Many systems and procedures are already established and operational. Nonetheless, the company seeks an experienced and mature individual who can not only implement additional systems but also ensure that all staff adhere to these protocols consistently.

A competitive salary of up to $85-90K+S+ tips (around $ per week) for a 45-hr rotating roster.
