Ampcontrol is currently inviting applications from talented Lead Control Systems Engineers to join our dynamic Technology Integration team in Cameron Park. As a Lead Engineer, your control system network design will help drive that advantage.

Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to determine project requirements and scope of work
• Developing project budgets and timelines
• Taking a leadership role in managing the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed our customers' expectations
• Ensuring all work is executed to high standards and within designated timelines
• Train and mentor junior engineers
• Providing ongoing support to our valued customers
• Cultivating and promoting a company culture centred around Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) principles

Essential Experience and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related degree
• Eligible for or have CPEng/ RPEQ
• Strong client focus and exceptional communication abilities
• Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork and leadership
• Expertise in Rockwell, Siemens, or Schneider PLC/SCADA system design and development
• Proven track record in managing PLC/SCADA development projects
• Proficiency in scheduling and planning
• Have at least 10 years of experience in Mining, Water, Defence, or Renewables sectors
