    The Airport Services Agent role is based in Perth, Australia.

    You will deliver excellent customer service at the airport, helping to create a stress-free environment for Qatar Airways passengers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service at all touch points.
    • Collaborate with various airport teams, including check-in, boarding gate, ramp, and cargo.
    • Supervise service partners to ensure smooth passenger acceptance.
    • Direct passengers to respective areas, such as arrival halls, transfer areas, and departure gates.
    • Verify that passengers meet entry requirements.
    • Coordinate with cargo, fueling companies, baggage make-up areas, and catering suppliers for efficient turnaround.
    • Handle company mail.
    • Perform pre- and post-flight administrative tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A high school qualification combined with at least two years of experience in a similar customer-facing role within the airport environment.
    • Knowledge of airport functions, including passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
    • Eligibility to live and work in Australia.
