    HEAVY LIFT SUPERVISOR

    As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks across a variety of projects including coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews

    • We are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous supervisory experience within the industry
    • The ability to demonstrate strong communication and deliver a message effectively
    • You're committed to the safety, well-being, and development of your employees
    • Sound knowledge of cranes and their operation
    • You're highly motivated and capable to work under pressure
    • Excellent planning and organisational skills
    • Your dedicated and flexible to travel to sites on an as-required basis

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks across a variety of shutdown projects including:

    • Being the point of contact for the overall shutdown to the client and internal team members
    • Driving the shutdown readiness process including crane maps, gantts, labour and crane allocations and lift studies
    • Scoping jobs and communication of detailed plans to the onsite teams
    • Liaising with multiple personnel both on site and office based e.g. planning, administration, safety, and mobilisation teams
    • Coordination of all supervisors and HSE advisors during shutdown execution

    What you will bring

    • Experienced with planning and preparing cranes and lifting operations
    • Experienced working on Construction and Maintenance projects
    • Demonstrated experience that cranes and lifting operations are planned in line with site procedures and site hazards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Valid Australian Driver's License
    • Proof of right to work in Australia
