    The opportunity:

    Full time Roving Care Manager opportunity Work across a number our Care Communities in Newcastle, Central Coast & North Sydney Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community Short term & long term assignments Promote continuous clinical improvement Leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.

    Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture All applicants will be contacted as soon as possible for an interview.


    Our ideal candidate will have:
    Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements RN AHPRAregistration Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI)
