Contract Length:12 months contract + 2 x 12 months contract Location: ACT | Work environment: Hybrid Candidate must be Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline Security Clearance minimum Join our federal government client team for an exciting opportunity as an Automated Test Engineer in the Design Revitalisation Project As an Automation Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in identifying automation scope, building test frameworks, and executing test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of automation scope and test framework development Create and manage test data for a high-quality testing environment Report automation results and identify defects Work within an agile framework and adapt to changing project scopes Enhance and improve the current Automated framework Contribute to the training of other testers and project members

Key Technologies:

Jenkins Pipelines Selenium/Java and Serenity BDDMultiple database technologies (My SQL, Postgres, Oracle)REST APIs using Java-based API Testing Frameworks like Rest Assured Mandatory Criteria Minimum 5 years of automated testing experience with at least 1 year in performance testing Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Jenkins, and Git Hub Experience with Java development and REST API testing using frameworks like Rest Assured Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute to training The application deadline for this role is 22/04/2024.
