    Job Description:


    We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Co-Curricular Debating Program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.



    About the Role:


    The Co-Curricular Debating Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and delivering a high-quality debating program for students. They will manage a small team of coaches and/or teachers, ensuring effective training plans that prioritize student safety and well-being. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining facilities, managing staff rosters, and developing policies and procedures to ensure the program's smooth operation.



    Required Skills and Qualifications:



    • Effective leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others

    • Experience in delivering and implementing debating programs

    • Engaging coaching style with excellent communication skills

    • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of students across various age ranges

    • Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions

    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and non-traditional shifts as required
