    Description

    The Position

  • Managing accommodation/ flight bookings
  • Answering incoming calls & emails
  • Greeting guests at reception
  • Providing service in the small retail area
  • General office/ admin duties
  • Occasional housekeeping may be required
  • Answering customer queries
  • The Person

  • Previous experience in administration with a Cert III or IV preferable
  • Experience using an accommodation booking system within a busy hospitality / tourism environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & teams
  • A team player who is professional & friendly
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Current Police Check
  • Driver License
