    We are seeking a Technical Sales Support person to join our

    Aftermarkets team. Acting as the product expert for screens and screen media, you will be working closely with site account managers to create solution proposals, opportunity funnel and priorities.,. You will be working within the technical sales support team to deploy new product information, best practices, sales trainings, and technology specific value argumentation.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Promote Technical Support value add and support Technical Support Teams with opportunities
  • Responsible as a point of escalation from SAM and QOM
  • Responsible for supporting and/or leading sales for defined technology in the determined geographical region
  • Ensure that Account managers have adequate training and support to sell their products
  • Ensure that the sales case is built accordingly
  • Collect customer and competitor information as per BL/PG requirements
  • Provide Country/Region/market area level PG level business forecast,together with the sales team
  • Support in PG level sales funnel generation, ensures quotation process data for specific case is at the right level
  • Responsible for the value argumentation, value proposition and win plan of the cases and overall for the technology.
  • Supports sales case from lead to proposal and negotiations;
  • Supporting Warranty process, IB Validation, and inspection report reviews, recommendations, and solution definition.
  • Escalates issues to Senior TSS Screens, Technical Support or Product Line Technical Sales Support
  • WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3 – 5+ years experience in the similar role
  • Experience working in Mining industries
  • Broad knowledge of Overseas Overall Market area activity
  • Involved in budgets and forecasting
  • Understand the market, competition and the industry best practices for the defined technology
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Comfortable with business travel when necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
