    They are looking for a highly motivated and experiencedTeam / Office Manager to join their team.

    Job Description:
    They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented office manager to oversee our daily administrative operations in our Brisbane office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.

    Responsibilities:
    • Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Principal, Sales Associates, Sales administrator, and part-time team members to foster a collaborative and positive working environment whilst ensuring the team is operating at a high functioning level.
    • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of every home sold and essential business functions.
    • Managing all contractual obligations for campaigns by providing direct contact between yourself, our settlements team with Agents Agency and solicitors for all parties.
    • Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the leadership team to manage and monitor budgets related to operations
    • Technology Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements, recommending and implementing tools to improve operational effectiveness.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities management, supplies procurement and ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
    • Office Administration: Oversee administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, correspondence and maintaining office records.
    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in office management/team management/admin Management in Real Estate
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    Expected OTE - $130,000 - $160,000 Package - Including Performance Bonus'
