    The Opportunity

    A Senior Interface Coordination Officer to join the Interface Management team.

    The Senior Interface Coordination Officer is responsible in providing advice to stakeholders on licensing system application matters, assist the manager and other Interface management staff with system integrity issues and undertake business systems administration activities to support client, motor vehicles and driver licensing activities as directed. You will also conduct system audits to ensure compliance with approved procedures and make recommendations for remedial action and improvements, including data cleansing on client records, and assist with the implementation of those changes.
