- Experience as an Automotive Service Manager preferred.
- Previous Nissan or Volkswagen experience highly regarded.
- Proven leader with a mindset focused on staff engagement & exceeding KPIs.
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in staff leadership.
- Knowledge of dealership Pentana DMS systems preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record maintaining a customer focused, performance orientated team culture.

About the role
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, ready to take their career and the dealership to the next level. Supported by a strong team, who share your dedication and passion, you'll be responsible and accountable for managing a frontline service team and a busy Volkswagen, Nissan, and Suzuki workshop.
Your key responsibility is to drive the Service Department's KPIs (Customer, Financial, Manufacturer, and Dealership KPIs). This will involve taking the service department to the next level by driving robust processes and managing change to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and ensuring the Ultimate Customer Experience is achieved consistently.
