    Description

    The Clients:
    Collar are in partnership with multiple leading contract catering, accommodation and facility management service providers across Australia. Who value Care, Pride and Community, with their approach to a delivery of excellence.

    About the Role:
    As a qualified and experienced FIFO chef we need you to confidently work across breakfast, crib and dinner services, throughout a variety of remote sites & locations within Western Australia.

    You have the flexibility to select from sites, with a range of man-days, spanning from 50 to 4000 and everything in between. Pick the destination that suits your preference

    Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

    • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
    • Ability to commence as soon as your medical and inductions are completed
    • Six months FIFO Chef experience REQUIRED
    • Able to work across both day and night shifts
    • Bulk cooking and breakfast experience in FIFO environment
    • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent to
    • Police Clearance within 6 months or willing to obtain
