    About the Role

    This position will function as independent practitioners and be accountable for high level clinical assessment, direct service delivery care coordination and recovery support, with a focus on alcohol and drug needs, to participants referred from the Drug and Alcohol Court, and will service specific geographical areas.

    • Detailed ongoing assessment, participant education, therapeutic intervention and/or management and assistance with treatment compliance within a multi-disciplinary context.
    • Facilitating and/or co-facilitating psychoeducation groups.
    • Clinical education, supervision of observational students and allied health assistants, and assistance with supervision of undergraduate students.
    • Participation and contribution to quality improvement and research activities under the guidance of senior staff.
