About the Role

We have a newly created opportunity for a Client & Partnerships Manager to join our Digital Services and Products team delivering mission critical technology solutions. From deploying driver and remote worker safety solutions, supporting fire and emergency services with critical communications and bushfire danger rating systems, and to hosting satellite communication terminals, you'll be part of a diverse technology team dedicated to making our world and its people safer and more secure.

This leadership role will shape how Nova partners with clients and expands its footprint across the Defence and Geospatial sectors. You will lead a team of Client & Partnership Leads, driving business development initiatives, sustaining long-term client relationships, building a healthy pipeline of opportunities, and enabling your team to deliver value that supports client success and business growth.

What You Will Be Involved With

• Lead and mentor a team of Client & Partnership Leads, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth and client value.
• Shape and deliver business development strategies across Defence, Emergency Services, Government, and Geospatial sectors.
• Oversee account planning, renewals, and growth strategies to strengthen long-term client partnerships.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across core and adjacent markets, translating insights into opportunities.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets in line with business objectives.
• Capture market insights, client feedback, and industry trends to inform offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  Engage with industry forums, client executives, and government stakeholders to strengthen Nova's position as a trusted partner.

What We Would Like From You

• Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Defence security clearance.
• Significant experience in BD, sales, or partnerships within technology, services, or geospatial solutions.
• Demonstrated success achieving revenue and margin growth for both products and services.
• Strong networks and knowledge of Defence, Government, or Emergency Services environments.
• Experience managing, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
  Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and commercial negotiation skills.
