Your new team The Intellihub Program Office forms part of the CIO Group and is responsible for successful delivery of major programs, business, regulatory and technology, as well as management of a diverse set of technology demand portfolios.

The Program Office supports all parts of the business and is home to practices covering project management, change management and business analysis.

Your new role The Senior Business Analyst reports directly to the Head of Program Office and is responsible for reviewing and developing Intellihub's business processes, whilst identifying opportunities and strategies to improve efficiencies.

The Senior Business Analyst will work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders across the customer, partner, regulatory and vendor landscape.

The scope of initiatives may be in response to customer requirements, new product innovation, regulation, cyber resilience needs, IT lifecycle management, and other market changes as they arise.

You will assist in the successful implementation of business strategies and ensure that the desired result is achieved in a timely manner, delivering required business analyst artefacts.

Provide project and business level analysis – produce project analysis documentation (business requirements, user stories journey mapping, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).

Build and maintain relationships with cross functional teams, offshore and remote, and key stakeholders.
Identify and initiate improvement opportunities, business analysis artefacts and innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
Act as a liaison between Solution Architects and Business Lead / stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, system designs, and user manuals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure common understanding of requirements and solutions.
About You Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Finance or in a relevant quantitative discipline or relevant equivalent experience.
Able to turn complex concepts into information that is easy to dissect and consume.
Energy Industry experience, metering, and Io T/radio frequency device exposure, preferable.
Analyse and recognise patterns and conceptualise processes.
Exposure or experience in human-centred design and / or service design techniques Demonstrate exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Highly motivated to identify and solve problems.
Great communicator - able to present and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Technically minded with a focus on detail.
Show initiative and good judgement and work autonomously.
Proactive, positive, flexible, and resilient.
Know when to seek help and support.
Ability to work in a fast moving, complex and challenging environment.
