- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for complex business processes.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and projects.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- ServiceNow Architect certification is preferred.
