    Description

    To deliver excellence in customer service delivery and effectively, accurately and apply key controls to all drive, non-drive & total loss vehicle repairs.

    Responsible for delivering optimal levels of customer service performance, application of controls and the best practice process & procedure frameworks (HiYa) within A&G's Assessing and repair network.

    To work collaboratively with the assessors on site, interstate teams and additional employees/ managers/ stakeholders (including repairers, towing companies and Hire Car providers) to ensure delivery of the Assessing Operations core Value Proposition and Motor Claims Control System

    Perform the role displaying one team behaviours to create excellence in customer relationships, service levels, professionalism, owning the customer's repair relationship/ claim fulfillment.
