    Client Manager, Global & Corporate

    Global & Corporate specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of Large Private/Public and top ASX listed businesses (including major multinational organisations).

    This Client Manager opportunity is within a highly successful and dynamic Global and Corporate team which specialises across Health, Aged Care, and Community Service team within Aon Risk Solutions.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices.

    What the day will look like

    • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
    • Attracting, retaining and growing clients; and designing appropriate servicing solutions
    • Contributing to the strategic direction of theGlobal & Corporatebusiness
    • Working with ourClient Service Support, Broking,Claimsand the wider AonGlobalnetworkto deliver optimised outcomes for the client
    • Ensuring client and portfolio profitability is maintained
    • Mentoring and developing colleagues withinAon

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    To be successful in this role you willhave proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:

    • Experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of clients
    • Technical understanding of Insurance products and risk solutions, ideally within health/aged care
    • Experience in working with our claims team to successfully close out claims
    • Good cross selling abilities
    • Pro-active and great client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients
    • Adept negotiation andrelationship buildingskillswith great communication abilities
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
