Job Title: Associate/Senior Cost Manager

This role supports Data Centre projects in Sydney, focusing mainly on post-contract activities.

Sr. Cost Mgr supporting the team across all project aspects, including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation, progress claims, and variation assessments.
Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan report.
Measuring all building elements for cost plans.
Engaging with markets to obtain quotations/pricing for cost estimates.
Progress claims, variation assessments, and valuations.

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying or related degree.
5-7 years of postgraduate experience.
AIQS or RICS membership or currently on the pathway to membership.
CostX experience preferred.
Data Centre experience ideal but not required.
Good communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
