Wax Dimensional Inspection Role

This position involves inspecting wax patterns for surface defects and flaws, using hand tools to assist visually inspections and performing Statistical Process Control calculations to ensure dimensions are within acceptable ranges.

• Inspect wax patterns prior to cleaning for surface defects and flaws.
• Use hand tools to support visually inspections.
• Determine if dimensions are in control by performing statistical process control calculations using established formulas.

Besides the technical aspects of this role, it requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with team members. Additional training or certifications may also be beneficial for professional development.
