Job Summary:
The Community Operations team based in Roma is a small team who support operational practice delivery for the Community Corrections Regions, monitor and report on practice and operational performance and trends and oversees practice leadership for the division.In this role you will ensures a high level of community safety through the case management of adults subject to orders within the community.
The position acts in accordance with assessed risk and need and maintains high standards of assessment practices that facilitate effective supervision, and improved reintegration and rehabilitation of individuals subject to community-based orders.
The position is responsible for consulting with relevant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations to assist in closing the gap of Indigenous over-representation within the criminal justice system.
