    Our client is seeking to engage an EL1 Assistant Director – Integrity Reporting.

    About the Team

    The Intelligence & Analytics Branch (IAB) is responsible for managing and optimizing the use of all sources of data and information relevant to integrity, including analytics and reporting across those sources. Information within scope includes intelligence products (strategic, operational and tactical), risk vulnerability registers, and data underlying the fraud case management system. The branch is also accountable for effective management of and response to tip-offs and referrals containing allegations of integrity concerns.

    About the Role

    The EL1 Assistant Director Integrity Reporting (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the risk functions of the Agency.

    The position is an important team leadership position within the Agency and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.

    The role requires providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership and assigned Contractors working within the Work Area.

    The EL1 Assistant Director Integrity Reporting (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the Agency to advance the Agency's interests across a range of forums.

    Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

    • Supporting the design and implementation of an integrity performance reporting framework, including performance monitoring and reporting to support the broader division.
    • Developing reporting collateral including templates, dashboards, updates and responses required to various reporting requirements, incorporating data.
    • Analyzing and incorporating data into designated ongoing performance and operational reports.
    • Application of analytical and statistical techniques to highlight actionable insights into emerging trends.
    • Supporting the design and implementation of a benefit measurement framework to estimate and report on the impact of strategic initiatives addressing Scheme integrity.
    • Contributing to the preparation of briefs and reports that draw on evidence-based analysis for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive and the Board's committees

    Desirable skills to have for the role:

    • Experience in SAS
