El Camino South Bank is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the Pacific Concepts team and oversee the successful back of house operation of the restaurant.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a BOH leader with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar style venue.
The successful candidate must hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and be an experienced culinary leader looking to progress, upskill and grow within a large hospitality group.
The Sous Chef role will focus on quality control, execution of a new menu, food safety compliance and team development and training.
