    Description

    Our client is an outstanding WA based property group and its diverse portfolio includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture.

    Due to some extremely exciting projects in the pipeline across sustainability & major refurbishments within key assets, our client is looking for an individual with a passion for project management to join the team on a fixed term 18-month contract with potential for permanency/extension.

    Day to day you will be responsible for:

    • Leading the consultant team and ensuring that they are aligned with the project vision, objectives and deliverables.
    • Managing project delivery to ensure that the project is delivered to program, budget and quality expectations.
    • Contract & variation management through critical feasibility, value and scope analysis to ensure compliance.
    • Facilitating the resolution of risks and issues.
    • Communicating regularly with a wide range of audiences such as internal and external stakeholders in a clear and confident manner.
    • Establishment and maintenance of project schedules, including regular reviews on project performance against budget & objectives.

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    • Experience in project delivery & life-cycle experience with exposure to live environments such as retail, hotels or hospitals.
    • Technical qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management
    • High level of professionalism with a focus on quality driving every engagement.
    • Strong attention to detail and extensive understanding of compliance.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • A dynamic approach; able to manage multiple and conflicting deadlines.
    • Proven stakeholder relationship building skills.
