    This position is designed to ensure that Mars Wrigley's SRM maintains its focus on driving Value creation within the local market, supporting the development of all associates on SRM capabilities and providing a key point of contact for supporting SRM's Value Strategy and Execution, and SRM tools.

    Experience:

    Proven record of delivering results in a blue chip FMCG/ CPG organisation from analysing and modelling complicated data sets and the creation of analysis tools (Excel, Databases, Nielsen, Aztec, Quantium) to aid decision making.

    Pricing Knowledge (Preferred, understanding of Pricing elasticity, thresholds and relevant metrics) and Pricing Strategies (Helpful, An understanding of the different strategies or tactics that can be used to drive price in a Market and their impact on the 5 C's (i.e.

    Category, Consumer, Customer, Competitor, Company)) would be looked on favourably.
    What will be your key responsibilities?

    Data Analysis:
    Analyze large datasets using various tools to derive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.

    Report creation:

    Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, enabling them to understand complex data trends easily.


    Project Management:

    Lead, Monitor and report on the delivery of key initiatives to assist the team in ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

    Contribute to the design of data & analytics products to support functions across the business

    SRM Administration:

    Management of the PPT (Predictive Planner Tool), from an internal perspective across all customers, while also maintaining relationships with global & external counterparts, ownership of SRM Guardrails, including making strategical changes and communicating updates.


    Portfolio Pricing Strategy and Execution:

    Construct and maintain regular quarterly Pricing scorecards for the market including analysis of ongoing pricing and mix delivery versus KPI's/ business targets.


    Trade Investment Optimisation:
    Update and track changes of MW Pricing Guardrails and ensure distribution periodically.

    Assist with Periodically review the performance of Pricing Council submissions & Key selling activities to delivered what was expected (what was the cause of the variation in performance) and identify higher ROI outcomes.


    Value Strategy:
    Support the SRM team in evaluating and creating recommendations (eg Price, Promotional optimisation, PPA, & Mix Management) on long term portfolio Value strategy to deliver sustainable profitable growth for MWA
