    Starting from Senior FA - Group level and progressing beyond, it provides avenues for skill enhancement in leadership, process improvement, stakeholder management, and exposure to M&A activities.

    The Role
    This organisation continues to experience rapid growth and are looking for a Senior FA to work at group level.

    Reporting to the FC, you will also work closely with local and global key stakeholders to drive business growth and improve profitability.

    In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
    Preparation & review of monthly accounts, reporting & analysis.
    Consolidation of accounts and reporting in line with IFRS standards
    Managing financial close processes at the end of each month and year
    Ownership of the fixed asset register.
    Assisting with the preparation of annual sales, expense & capital budgets, and forecasts.
    Consulting with external auditors
    Managing tax payments and compliance.
    Assisting the CFO, FC, and international business partners with M&A activities
    Being an instrumental member of projects that involve restructures, bedding down recent ERP implementation.
    Mentoring and leadership of team.
    The Candidate
    CA or CPA qualified and with strong technical capabilities
    Solid experience within commercial industries such as manufacturing, retail and/or distribution, building and construction.
    Experience with working within multinational organisations (preferably with a US parent)
    You will have a demonstrated experience in driving policy, process, and business improvement.
    Systems savvy - having worked with a myriad of ERP systems and ideally with implementations.
    You will need leadership and direct people management capabilities to drive, mentor and engage with a team.
