This is an exciting opportunity to guide strategic direction and ensure strong care outcomes and governance for a respected, values-led organisation.Sundale is seeking an energetic and experienced Independent Non-Executive Director (Independent Director) to join our Board, to chair our Quality, Safety and Clinical Governance Board Committee. As an independent member of the Board Committee this role will provide expertise in clinical governance oversight relevant for the Aged Care sector.

- Contribute to the governance and strategy of Sundale, providing independent judgement and constructive challenge
- Contribute to strong financial prudential risk oversight of the organisation
