- Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews.
- Coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online.
- Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate electronic files and databases.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience as working in Conveyancing or Real Estate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience using PEXA settlements and Duties Online.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Experience with Conveyancing Manager is preferable must not mandatory.
- Salary is negotiable based on your experience.
