    Job Description

    The Role

    We're seeking a CRM Senior Account Manager to join one of our biggest connected client accounts. Based in our City Road Office, you'll be a vital member of our client services/project management team. You'll ensure the smooth running of projects across digital campaigns and CRM projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage client CRM marketing programs across client portfolio and day-to-day project management.
    • Motivate and support technical delivery teams to retain and grow opportunities.
    • Lead project implementation meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements.
    • Quality control including reviewing all work submitted to clients.
    • Collaborate with strategy and data teams to develop post-campaign reports and optimisation suggestions.

    Qualifications

    We're looking for someone with:

    • A passion for CRM, Data, and Digital.
    • A proactive approach to managing projects.
    • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
    • Awareness of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a cool outlook.
    • A personable and professional character for building client rapport.
    • Confidence in delivering high-quality work.

    Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
