- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor on all things HubSpot.
- Deliver customized solutions and strategies that leverage HubSpots full potential to meet client goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their HubSpot investment.
- Stay abreast of the latest HubSpot features and updates to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align HubSpot strategies with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with clients to review account performance, reassess needs, and identify new opportunities.
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Account Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Expertise in HubSpots software suite, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CRM.
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
- Experience working with USA clients and understanding their market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration and communication.
