Our business objectives include optimising operations while progressing an enterprise-wide technology transformation program.
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager, based at our West Perth office, to lead and manage this work.
The role will integrate and sequence multiple systems to modernise the organisation's technology environment, improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance and security, and enhance customer and stakeholder outcomes.
The role will manage a portfolio spanning core systems, infrastructure, security, data, automation and workplace technology, while ensuring business continuity, disciplined governance, and effective change adoption.
The role requires a strong customer and service management mindset, a collaborative and outcomes-focused approach, and well-developed program management skills to ensure successful delivery of the scope of work.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream technology transformation program within budget.
Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, delivery plan, and sequencing of initiatives.
Ensure all initiatives align to strategic priorities, interdependencies, and business capacity.
Ensure effective transition to BAU, including operational readiness, handover, and benefits realisation.
Ensure compliance with organisational, regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
Partner with business leaders to identify and manage change impacts, adoption risks, and transition readiness.
Partner with internal change team to lead consistent, transparent communication to support engagement and reduce change fatigue.
Identify, assess and recommend solutions to align to target-state architecture, integration standards, and cloud strategy.
Identify and manage cross-program interdependencies and critical path risks.
Oversee procurement strategies and vendor selection processes as well as vendor performance.
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/IT or related discipline and/or significant years' experience in a similar role with demonstrated skills in IT program management.
Significant experience leading IT programs within complex, highly regulated environments.
Proven delivery of enterprise technology transformation across multiple domains (finance, HR, core systems, security, data).
Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity to think strategically and create viable options that address both current and future requirements of the business.
Demonstrated experience managing system integrations and large-scale platform transitions.
Demonstrated capabilities for effective stakeholder management and influencing across different levels within an organisation.
