About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their high performing team. You will join a small, tight-knit team as a key member providing end-to-end management of around 100 properties. Reporting directly to the Licensee and Owner, this full-time position offers flexible working hours and a car allowance. The portfolio includes well-maintained properties with cooperative tenants and owners, making daily interactions pleasant and rewarding.

Duties and responsibilities:

• All aspects of property maintenance
• Securing lease renewals and variations
• Regular maintenance inspections including end of lease
• Conduct viewings all necessary viewings
• Tenant application checks
• Lease preparation
• Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors
• Rental appraisals
• Follow up of overdue accounts
• General administration

Essential skills:

• At least 2 years of Property Management experience
• Hold a current certificate of registration
• Property Tree experience is highly regarded
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills
• Well-spoken and professionally presented
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
• Valid driver's licence
