    EL1 Strategic Change Coordinator, 12 month contract, $602.55 per day, ASAP start

    About the Opportunity

    This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.

    About the Team

    The Strategic Change Branch is responsible for supporting and delivering the agencies change outcomes that benefit of stakeholders. The branch works to provide a view of the whole of agency change priorities and supports.
    The branch supports the Agency by deploying change management resources to drive implementation of priority initiatives. The branch designs change management activities to ensure effective implementation of prioritised initiatives based upon assessing the impacts of change on staff, partners and other stakeholders.

    Responsibilities of the Role

    Some of the requirements of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting in the establishment of future state vision and stakeholder experience/journey aligned with that vision.
  • Coordinating the engagement of program and organisational leaders to future state vision, case for change and change leadership role/capabilities.
  • Providing advice on effective channels and levers to effect functional, behavioural and attitudinal change appropriate to the audience segment.
  • Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assisting in the tracking of changes in adoption, behaviours and attitudes toward discrete and program-wide changes, to drive insight and improvement in our approach.
  • Providing support towards the establishment of strategies on how to prioritise, sequence and deliver changes to deliver the vision, factoring in complexity in the operating environment, conflicting demands, and other changes.
