- Managing demand planning activities for customers and products
- Developing and executing tactical plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Supporting in creating seasonal demand cycles
- Overseeing planning integration for new and existing products

- Utilizing business intelligence, forecast information, and sales data for production planning
- Coordinating raw material allocations and managing cost effectiveness

- Identifying opportunities to meet customer demands during supply constraints
- Recognizing areas for improvement and suggesting action plans
- Managing finished goods and raw material lines
- Experience in Inventory and Trend Analysis, Inventory Control, Tactical Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Forecasting
- 2-3 years in planning or manufacturing roles
- An aptitude for trend analysis
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in various computer systems
