You're an experienced System Administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You love solving technical problems supporting people ensuring systems run smoothly securely.- You'll manage internal IT tickets troubleshoot user issues provide exceptional customer service.
- You'll support AV systems internal IT equipment day-to-day operational technology needs across the organization.
- You'll configure monitor maintain internal systems servers networks firewalls software hardware diagnose troubleshoot complex technical issues ensure minimal disruption timely resolution set up accounts onboard new users maintain documentation access controls deploy new applications drive automation across internal IT processes.
