    About the role

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele.
    • Proficiency with Service Desk software (or equivalent platforms).
    • Familiarity with call management software (or similar systems).
    • Background in offering Level 1 support to customers for Outlook email, laptops, and mobile devices.
    • Advanced communication abilities for effectively addressing customer inquiries.
    • Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting methodologies.
    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to thrive within a dynamic team setting.
    • Experience working with Microsoft products.

    Desirable Qualifications and Skills

    • Deliver high-quality initial support for customers regarding ICT incidents and requests.
    • Follow defined processes, including escalation procedures, when responding to requests and incidents.
    • Offer constructive feedback on Service Desk processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance service provision.
