    Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.

    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments and interventions.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) qualification.
    • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
    • Previous experience working in aged care or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
    • Compassionate nature and genuine interest in working with elderly individuals.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently when required.
