    Position Title: Administration Officer
    Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

    Hours per week: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
    Position Grade: Administration Officer Level 3 Year 1 or 2

    Salary: $66,027.58 to $68,085.50 base per annum

    About the role:
    We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the IBAC department. IBAC Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative services and support for the daily and ongoing operational needs of the Immunology and Infectious Diseases Ambulatory Care Treatment Room.

    Selection Criteria:
    1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia
    2. Demonstrated experience working autonomously and within a team environment

    3. Demonstrated ability to adhere to and maintain confidentiality.

    4. Demonstrated experience in administrative support in a health, hospital or medical environment

    5. Effective organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines with high-level organisational skills.
    6. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities, including high-level oral and written communication skills with the ability to be compassionate and display a sensitive approach when dealing with challenging behaviours.

    7. Ability to deal confidently and courteously with people who may be distressed, people from diverse backgrounds and health care staff from different positions and levels.

    8. Experience using computerised patient registration or clinical information systems
