    Our Inexperienced Program:

    Mastermyne's Inexperienced Program has introduced over 750 people to Underground Coal Mining across our QLD and NSW operations. Our program is the stepping stone to a career with endless opportunities for growth. It offers people who are inexperienced to Underground Coal Mining the opportunity to undertake hands-on training before commencing on site. By partnering with our RTO MyneSight, we can deliver skills training and work readiness in a simulated Underground Mine environment.

    Minimum skills and experience required:

  • A genuine interest in working for Mastermyne in an underground coal mine;
  • Electrical Trade Qualification
  • Experience in heavy industry/construction or surface mining advantageous;
  • Strong focus and commitment on teamwork and safe work behaviours;
  • Adaptable to changing industry conditions;
  • Willingness to participate in appropriate training to prepare you to be site-ready;
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
