Core duties include:

• Maintaining fund financial models, updating property forecasts, actuals, assumptions and property valuations
• Preparing key fund metrics and financial forecasts and budgeting
• Providing analytical input for fund equity and debt raising initiatives
• Contribute to preparing asset level strategies, including budgeting, leasing and CAPEX
• Preparation of investor presentations, reports, regulatory analysis and investor communications
• Reporting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders

You must hold a qualification in finance/commerce/economics/property and have at least 3+ years experience as a property/fund/investment analyst. Excellent financial modelling skills, the ability to engage with executives, an agile approach, and strong work ethic are all key.
