    About the Role:

    WorkPac are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our clients Human Resources Department, based on a mine site located in the Banana Shire. This would be a great opportunity as an introduction to the Mining Industry

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Providing support to the Human Resources Department
    • Recruitment and Onboarding of successful applicants across various departments on site
    • Conducting of Interviews
    • Data Entry, Record Management and Document Control
    • General Administrative Duties
    • Working alongside Supervisors, Superintendents and Managers

    Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience within a Recruitment position and/or Human Resources Department
    • High qualitycommunication and organisationalskills
    • High Attention to Detail
    • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical or willing to obtain
    • Residential role, must live in Biloela or be willing to relocate
