    We are seeking a Land Administrator to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. You will be an "A" player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

    Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -

    • Providing administrative support to the department
    • Handle internal and external enquiries
    • Prepare letters and other correspdonace
    • Liaise with the purchaser and provide them updates
    • Maintaining client files database
    • Providing administrative support
    • Photocopying, filing and data entry
    • Assisting with the preparation and processing of land sale contracts
    • Following up finance approvals and land settlements weekly in accordance with contract conditions
    • Preparation of company reports
    • Assisting the department with the management of developments from concept through to onsite delivery
    • Assisting relevant stakeholders in preparation for land releases
    • Responding to client, sales agents and building consultant queries as efficiently as possible
    • Other general administrative duties as required

    The person that we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
