    Junior Graphic Designer

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our clients dynamic team, where you can contribute your creativity and skills to a company that values innovation and excellence.     About the Role:

    In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with the company's existing mid-weight designer and report directly to the Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Interpret design briefs to develop innovative concepts and design work in line with brand style guidelines.
    • Create promotional and internal marketing collateral, including digital assets and Email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns.
    • Design Local Area Marketing materials, such as product catalogues, press ads, vouchers, and event invitations, while collaborating with store members to understand their needs.
    • Ensure all finalised artwork and files are stored in accordance with company procedures, ensuring they are finished art ready.
    • Attend weekly work in progress (WIP) meetings and provide updates on project progress.


    About You

    • Ideally you have 1-2 years experience in Graphic Design or you have completed a internship relevant to this role within the interiors sector
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro
    • A portfolio highlighting your past projects completed while serving as a designer in your current or previous role.
    • Preferred but not essential, previous experience with a company specialising in interiors or within a retail environment.

    Located in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, this role offers complimentary onsite parking. For the initial 6 months, full onsite presence is required, with the option for hybrid work thereafter.
