    They have a significant fleet of earthmoving equipment including but not limited to Graders, Excavators, Loaders, Dozers and articulated Haul Trucks, whilst having a range of trucks, utes, and ancillary equipment to maintain and repair.

    Your responsibilitiesProudly Australian owned and operated, the Airway companies cover three different departments which are Airway Manufacturing Pty Ltd, Airway Mechanical Pty Ltd and Airway Air Conditioning Pty Ltd.

    With a continuing company growth, we require a Construction Project Manager to join our Mechanical departments.
    Job task and responsibilities

    • Annual salary minimum Australian dollars
    • interpreting architectural drawings and specification
    • interpreting air conditioning drawings and specifications
    • Preparation of estimates and tender submissions in consultation with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
    • Project management for HVAC system installation projects
    • coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment.
    • Attend project site coordination meetings, identifying project variances, implementing corrective actions and provide subsequent project reporting.
    • Coordinating and consulting with the main contractor and workshop during the development of projects
    • Ensure compliance of the Australian standard, quality, cost and safety standards throughout the construction process.

    Elecnor has been contracted to build Energy Connect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.

    This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950 MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.

    Construction of Energy Connect is underway in various locations across the project area.

    The Role Elecnor presents an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to join our team as a Foundations Supervisor on a 14/7 roster.

    This role could be suitable for local candidates in Mildura or Wagga areas, as well as those interested in FIFO opportunities.

    As a Foundation Supervisor, you'll collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to effectively deliver Project Energy Connect.

    On a daily basis, you'll actively monitor KPIs and structural activities on designated work fronts, prioritizing safety through open communication, understanding, and active participation in safety and quality protocols to ensure timely and successful outcomes.

    Primary Accountabilities

    • Supervision of the safe delivery of the foundation work
    • Ensures that allocated resources remain productive
    • Promotes proactive Safety and Environmental awareness for all personnel under your supervision
    • Reports to the Foundation Superintendent all matters relating to the quality elements of construction works
    • Direct subcontractors
    Actively participates in developing a construction HSSE culture that makes safety and environmental awareness a natural part of the job Skills & Experience:

    • 5+ years' construction experience, with 2+ years' relevant supervisor experience
    • Tertiary or industry qualifications or industry experience on construction or engineering projects
