    About the Role:
    Our Insurance & Finance team is made up of versatile, professional, and highly knowledgeable people with expertise in numerous sectors including Insurance, Superannuation, Mortgage Broking, Financial Planning and Life Insurance. At the core, we are a cohesive and supportive group who take pride in the positive work culture we have built, and we'd love you to be a part of it
    We are seeking a confident, self-starter who thrives in a team environment. As a Candidate Manager, you will work closely with the Consultants to source great candidates for a wide range of different positions. You'll be the go-to for your candidates, bringing excellent communication and customer service standards to support them through the recruitment process.

    What will you be doing?

    As a Candidate Manager your role is not just about matching great candidates with great clients, but also striving to hit key targets and contribute to team goals. In this role you will be trained and mentored by highly experienced leaders who bring industry-relevant expertise. Key duties include:

    • Job ads - Develop a marketing campaign that's eye-catching and informative to attract candidates
    • Sourcing - Search and engage with new and existing candidates to build long-term relationships
    • Interviews - Conducting consultations with candidates to understand their background, motivators and career direction
    • Profiling - articulate the strengths and capabilities of your candidates to clients to progress them to interview
    • Partnership - Working alongside other specialist team members dedicated to servicing the clients in the industry to develop a strategic plan for your candidates
    • Placements - Negotiating and facilitating the successful placement of candidates
    • FUN - being successful is fun and we have lots of both planned for this new team member

    Skills you'll need as our Candidate Manager?
    We are looking for our next superstar team member and previous experience in recruitment is an advantage. Your personable demeanour and drive to hit goals will see you meet your candidates' aspirations, exceed your clients' expectations, and ultimately drive your career growth and development.
    Key traits we are looking for include:

    • Recent degree qualification
    • Strong willingness to learn and develop additional skills
    • Great communication skills with a people focused approach
    • Ability to critically think about and solve problems, research, and find effective solutions
    • Sense of urgency with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise
